NADA New York 2024

For the 10th edition of NADA New York, OCHI presents new paintings by b chehayeb and Lilian Martinez alongside ceramic sculptures by Kristy Moreno. Drawing from personal and anecdotal experiences, chehayeb, Martinez, and Moreno each explore their multivalent Latinx identities through distinct strategies of abstraction, figuration, memory, and fantasy. Referencing a plethora of regionally specific and popular cultures and sub-cultures, these artists celebrate their origins as they forge new creative paths that ultimately redefine systems of value.
