NADA Miami 2024 Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I choose my ticket to the fair?

The single-day ticket will allow you access to one day of the fair, during public hours, no re-entry will be permitted. The multi-day pass will allow you access from Tuesday, December 3, 4pm and re-entry throughout the run of show. The Vernissage pass will grant access to the NADA Miami 2022 Preview Day from 12pm, Tuesday, December 3 and re-entry throughout the run of show.

Where do I purchase my ticket to the fair?

Tickets can be purchased online HERE. Only a limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase onsite at the ticketing desk, located at the fair entrance. We strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online to avoid disappointment.

I purchased a single-day pass. Can I change the date I selected?

You can change your booked entry day at any time leading up to the fair, subject to availability. Simply click the 'View/Change Booking' button at the bottom of your confirmation email.

How do I use my pass to enter the fair?

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to include a QR code that will be requested to scan upon arrival, and each time you enter the fair. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please see check-in staff located at the fair entrance.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What is the cut-off time for visitors to enter the fair?

Last entry for guests will be 15 minutes before closing time.

What are NADA Miami’s COVID-19 guidelines?

The fair will not require vaccination status or proof of negative covid tests upon entry. Masks are recommended but not mandatory.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Admission is free for children ages 12 and under.

Where can I purchase a senior/student ticket?

Senior(65+)/Student tickets will be available to purchase onsite only with proof of ID.

Are there any discounts for groups?

There are no discounts available for group bookings. If you have a large school or Museum group please contact [email protected]

Can I bring my pet to the fair?

There are strictly no pets allowed at the fair, with the exception of service animals.

Accessibility:

The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Is there parking available onsite?

Yes, paid Valet parking by Knight Parking Systems will be located at Ice Palace Studios 59 NW 14th Street Miami, FL 33136. NADA's guests will pay $28.00 per vehicle and $38.00 for requested VIP parking. Clients with oversized vehicles and/or luxury vehicles may be subjected to an additional charge. The lost ticket fee is $35.00. Please note that space is limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis.

Is there a bag check?

Yes, the bag check area will be located at the information desk onsite. Please note that space for luggage and small bags is limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them, and we strongly recommend you bring minimal personal belongings to the venue.

Crowd Release/Notice of filming and photography:
By attending NADA Miami, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional use.

How do I access my VIP Pass?

VIP Passes are accessible through your NADA VIP Account Dashboard. All guests are required to book their entry to the fair. Once you book your entry to the fair, you will receive a QR code that will be scanned upon arrival.

I did not receive my VIP Pass:

If you haven’t received your VIP Pass, please email [email protected] well in advance of the fair opening. Space is limited during the VIP Preview, onsite VIP registration will be subject to availability.

Can I bring a guest?

Your VIP Pass is valid for you and a guest to attend the VIP Preview, including re-entry throughout the run of show.

How do I access the VIP Program?

All VIP Programs and specials events will require RSVP unless otherwise noted. You can RSVP to all VIP events by logging into your VIP Account Dashboard.

What VIP reciprocity does the fair accept?

NADA will grant VIP access for Art Basel Miami First Choice VIP cardholders, with a guest, upon proof of credentials. All guests are required to register their email address at the VIP check-in desk located at the fair entry, to be issued a QR code that will be scanned upon arrival.

Complimentary Museum admission for NADA VIPs:

NADA VIPs will be granted complimentary admission during Miami Art Week to the following Museums: Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), The Bass, MOCA North Miami, Boca Raton Museum of Art, ICA Miami, NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale and HistoryMiami Museum. Please present your digital NADA VIP Pass upon arrival.
