A new series of works in which the underpaintings are photographs of figures and abstractions of the body and limbs, taken through life-size blood screens. The images are printed to translucent substrate panels and preserved with blood and resin. This process combines the origin photo and the organic material with a technique that further abstracts, producing an object where light filters through the many layers.
