Q: How do I choose my ticket to the fair?
A: The single-day ticket will allow you access to one day of the fair from Wednesday, May 7, 4pm, through Sunday, May 11, no re-entry will be permitted.
The multi-day pass will allow you access from Wednesday, May 7, 4pm and re-entry throughout the run of show.
The Vernissage pass will grant access to the NADA New York 2025 Preview Day from 12pm, Wednesday, May 7 and re-entry throughout the run of show.

Q: Where do I purchase my ticket to the fair?
A: Tickets can be purchased online HERE. Only a limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase onsite at the ticketing desk, located at the fair entrance. We strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online to avoid disappointment.
Q: I purchased a single-day ticket. Can I change the date I selected?
A: You can change your booked entry day at any time leading up to the fair, subject to availability. Simply click the ‘View/Change Booking’ button located in your confirmation email.
Q: How do I use my pass to enter the fair?
A: Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to include your digital pass (QR code) to attend the fair. Add your digital pass to your smartphone wallet for quick entry scanning. This pass will be requested each time you enter the fair.

Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket?
A: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Q: Do I need a ticket for my child?
A: Admission is free for children ages 12 and under.
Q: Where can I purchase a senior/student ticket?
A: Senior (65+)/Student tickets will be available to purchase onsite only with proof of ID.
Q: What is the cut-off time for visitors to enter the fair?
A: Last entry for guests will be 15 minutes before closing time. Please note the building elevators used to enter the fair will become busy at closing time. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to plan ahead and leave enough time to enjoy the fair during open hours.
Q: Are there any discounts for groups?
A: There are no discounts available for group bookings. If you have a large school or Museum group please contact [email protected]
Q: Can I bring my pet to the fair?
A: There are strictly no pets allowed at the fair, with the exception of service animals.
Q: Accessibility
A: NADA is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event. NADA New York and NADA Presents are both wheelchair accessible. An ASL interpreter will be present at all NADA Presents programs, and recordings of each NADA Presents program will be available online following the event.To request an accommodation for this event, please contact us at [email protected] or by calling 212-594-0883. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs. All requests must be made by April 17. We will attempt to implement late requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.

A: Yes, we provide a complimentary bag check located at the information desk on the 3rd Floor. Please note that space for luggage and small bags is limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them, and we strongly recommend you bring minimal personal belongings to the venue.
Q: What is the Crowd Release/Notice of filming and photography policy at NADA New York?
A: By attending NADA New York, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional use.

Q: How do I access my VIP Pass?
A: VIP Passes are accessible through your NADA VIP Account Dashboard. All guests are required to book their entry to the fair. Once you book your entry to the fair, you will receive a confirmation email to include your digital pass (QR code). Add your digital pass to your smartphone wallet for quick entry scanning. This pass will be requested each time you enter the fair. Names will also be placed on the door for your convenience.

A: Your VIP Pass is valid for you and a guest to attend the VIP Preview, including re-entry throughout the run of show.

A: All VIP Programs and specials events will require RSVP unless otherwise noted. You can RSVP to all VIP events by logging into your VIP Account Dashboard here.
