Q: How do I choose my ticket to the fair?
A: The single-day ticket will allow you access to one day of the fair, during public hours, no re-entry will be permitted. The multi-day pass will allow you access from Thursday, May 18, 4pm and re-entry throughout the run of show. The Vernissage pass will grant access to the NADA New York 2023 Preview Day from 2pm, Thursday, May 18 and re-entry throughout the run of show.
Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket?
A: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Q: I purchased a single-day pass. Can I change the date I selected?
A: You can change your booked entry day at any time leading up to the fair, subject to availability. Simply click the ‘View/Change Booking’ button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Q: How do I use my pass to enter the fair?
A: Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to include a QR code that will be requested to scan upon arrival, and each time you enter the fair. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, simply check-in at the front desk using your name.
Q: What is the cut-off time for visitors to enter the fair?
A: Last entry for guests will be 30 minutes before closing time.

Q: What are NADA New York's COVID-19 guidelines?
A: The fair will not require vaccination status or proof of negative covid tests upon entry. Masks are strongly recommended but not mandatory.
Q: Do I need a ticket for my child?
A: Admission is free for children ages 12 and under.
Q: Where can I purchase a senior/student ticket?
A: Senior (65+)/Student tickets will be available to purchase onsite only with proof of ID.
Q: Are there any discounts for groups?

Q: Can I bring my pet to the fair?
A: There are strictly no pets allowed at the fair, with the exception of service animals.
Q: Accessibility
A: NADA is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event. NADA New York and NADA Presents are both wheelchair accessible. An ASL interpreter will be present at all NADA Presents programs, and recordings of each NADA Presents program will be available online following the event.To request an accommodation for this event, please contact us at [email protected] or by calling 212-594-0883. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs. All requests must be made by May 4. We will attempt to implement late requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.

Q: Can I use VIP accreditation from another fair to receive complimentary access to NADA New York?
A: No, VIP Accreditation from other fairs will not be accepted.
Q: How do I access my VIP Pass?
A: VIP Passes are accessible through your NADA VIP Account Dashboard. All guests are required to book their entry to the fair. Once you book your entry to the fair, you will receive a QR code that will be scanned upon arrival. Names will also be placed on the door for your convenience.
