NADA Miami 2023

Pangée’s presentation at NADA Miami 2023 brings together works by Grace Kalyta and Brittany Shepherd in a duo presentation that investigates the threshold between revelation and concealment.

Both artists facilitate recognition that is subverted, sourcing found imagery that is deconstructed, cropped, and altered. The works obscure our perceptions of a given thing, its designation, and the desire it elicits. Façades abound and are broken down.
