NADA Miami 2022

The work is part of most recent series of works Zoom In, Zoom Out in which the artist scrutinizes the details, using his eyesight as the zooming lens of a scientific device. In his paintings, the cacti are portrayed as victors, their contours contrasting against the sky in pink hues symbolizing pollution, the artificial, in an anxiety-connected atmosphere, with an infinite array of green nuances. The ochre, brown, or grey hues connect the natural with the anthropic.
