NADA New York 2024

D. D. D. D. is pleased to exhibit a solo presentation of new oil pastel paintings by Ronan Day-Lewis for NADA Projects. In addition, we will be presenting Tourniquet, a sculpture by Dylan Ahern, for the Rooftop Sculpture section.

In his new paintings, Day-Lewis depicts a darkly romantic vision of Americana in which pastoral western landscapes hum with internal luminescence.

Ahern, meanwhile, inverts the initially inorganic existence of his materials into forms pulsating with biological presence. He imagines the work in rain, collecting, filtering, and draining water, similar to a fountain.
