For NADA, Galería Patricia Ready presents “La sombra de nuestro tiempo,” featuring four Chilean artists: Pablo Linsambarth, Seba Calfuqueo, Ignacio Gatica, and Wiki Pirela. They explore light and dark within a context of inequality. Pirela examines domestic shadows shaped by migration, while Linsambarth portrays marginalized struggles through personal and popular culture. Calfuqueo addresses the impacts of copper’s history, and Gatica’s “Sunset” transforms economic data into art, reflecting the legacy of Pinochet’s regime. Together, they illuminate the complexities of the human experience.
