NADA Miami 2021

The Swamp is two-artist presentation of new works by Derek Aylward and Rob Ober, both American painters.

Derek Aylward (b. 1976, Boston, MA) creates expressive paintings that meditate on a sense of community and togetherness, while depicting images of disembodied heads, Donald Duck, oversized alligators and tennis matches gone riot.

Rob Ober (b. 1968, Wiesbaden, Germany) works in a stream of consciousness style, painting quickly without editing or hesitation, and his canvased are frenzied, often intense, daring and always draw us in with an inherent humor.
