NADA Miami 2021

Originally a photographer, Quesenberry’s practice has morphed into squares bounded by rectangles contain concentric colors, patterns, shapes, and symbols— sporadically referring to the iconic formal structure of SX70 Polaroids.
Ambiguous intent coupled with explicit subtlety interrupts automatic ways of seeing. They are meant to confuse. They are false photographs of thought, pure and vivid.
