OTHER FICTIONS presents a critical deconstruction of sci-fi discourse and scientific speculation, through the lens of the global south. Integrating digital and traditional processes, the works digest the aspirational purpose of futuristic aesthetics, creating degraded fictional elements. As political objects in a context of crisis, the works question from a millennial perspective what to do with futurist ideals, from the peripheries of power and access.
