The artworks proposed by the two artists evoke our relationship with history and architecture. Elvire Bonduelle’s sculptural work stimulates the imagination with phrases reminiscent of popular expressions. Manoela Medeiros has an artistic practice directly linked to murals and architectural ruins. Her excavation technique both dissects and reveals the traces of time’s passage.
