Emilia Layden is associate curator at the Haggerty Museum of Art at Marquette University in Milwaukee where she oversees permanent collection installations and rotating exhibitions that support the intellectual and creative life of the university community. Layden graduated from Boston College with a BA in English, Philosophy and Art History and completed her MA at the University of Chicago. She previously held positions at Art Chicago and NEXT, The Smart Museum of Art at the University of Chicago, and Sotheby’s.
