Trip Itinerary April 17-21, 2008:

Thursday, April 17:

Arrive in TX and travel to Marfa. We will stop by Prada Marfa on the drive to Marfa.

Dinner: Hosted by Fairfax Dorn, Executive Director, Ballroom Marfa

Friday, April 18:

Visit to the Judd Foundation (and hopefully the Studio and Bank Building)

Visit to Ballroom Marfa.
Exhibition on view: “Hello Meth Lab In The Sun”
Organized by Ballroom Marfa's executive director, Fairfax Dorn, "Hello Meth Lab In The Sun" brings together Justin Lowe, Alexandre Singh and Jonah Freeman, three emerging artists from the vanguard of contemporary art. During a six-week residency the artists will combine their technical expertise and backgrounds in installation art, collage, sculpture, film, video and sound.

Opening at United Artists, Ltd. Exhibition on view: Nate Lowman, Agathe Snow, and Aaron Young.

Following the artist's reception, United Artists Ltd. will host a dinner at the gallery which Nada members are invited to attend.

Saturday, April 19:

Visit Chinati collection

Studio Visits: Mark Flood and Leslie Wilkes

Group Dinner: Brite Mansion

Sunday, April 20:

Visit to Fort Davis (traditional old west town) and Balmorhea State Park for hiking and hot springs.

Possible BBQ in Fort Davis.

Monday, April 21:

Travel back to El Paso.
